Best exotic armor for Titan, Hunter, and Warlock in PvP

A class-by-class look at the exotic armor pieces that work well in the current meta's PvP landscape. Some tried and true, and some new.

Renegades ยท Season 28: Lawless

Call me old fashioned but the list below may make me seem like it

In PvP, the meta exotic armor has not changed much from season to season. Let's review what is still good in Renegades.

Many good build-specific loadouts which I call out several in the Meta musings article, but I felt I need to just narrow it down to 2 per class.

The mind set here is if I were to choose 2 per class, which would I pick. Thoughts in selection.

Hunter

Up first is the hunter. There are many amazing exotics for the hunter for PvP. However, if I were to pick only 2. These are what they are:

St0mp E55 {{exotic-armor:st0mp-ee5}}

The "stompees" provide improved movement that works with any subclass of hunter. Better slides, better jumps, better movement speed. It is a strong neutral game exotic that makes a huge difference in the hunter play style. Especially taking advantage of jump shooting

Radiant Dance Machines {{exotic-armor:radiant-dance-machines}}

The RDM's have seen drastic improvement over the past several seasons with a slight nerf in the most recent expansion. The number one improvement to RDM's is the hip-fire improvements as well as fast dodge regeneration. Given on how many subclass synergy ties into dodge, this is incredibly useful, and many guns have strong hip-fire usage such as the Last Word {{exotic-weapon:the-last-word}} or Dead Man's Tale {{exotic-weapon:dead-man-s-tale}}.

Titan

Next is the Titan. Many great exotics to pick from, however, I land on these two.

One Eyed Mask {{exotic-armor:one-eyed-mask}}

The OEM's are an incredible exotic to keep momentum and kill chaining up. Upon being marked, if you kill the opponent who shot you will result in gaining an overshield. Basically, you are rewarded for duels and you go into the next duel with potentially an advantage. Even post nerf from its original form, it is still a top pick for titans.

Peacekeepers {{exotic-armor:peacekeepers}}

The peacekeeper titan is back in Renegades. Peacekeepers movement was buffed in this expansion and with snipers having reduced flinch resistance, as well as special ammo uptime being better than ever, the SMG + sniper combo is back on the table.

Warlock

Warlocks have some interesting exotics that tie into subclass synergy. However, these two work well this season.

Ophidians Aspect {{exotic-armor:ophidian-aspect}}

Still strong after many seasons, this exotic provides huge handling boosts. This can make any gun feel snappy and responsive. Also, this armor provides melee range boosts which help you win close quarters melee battles.

Deimosuffusion {{exotic-armor:deimosuffusion}}

I may get hate for this but for this current expansion, there is no doubt that this exotic can help many players win battles. It is seen in all playlists and has been considered somewhat "cheap". It allows the player to suspend by dropping their rift (which can be done while moving now). Why is this strong? Well with the weavewalk ability on Strand warlock, the warlock can close distance easily and leave weavewalk to drop a rift to suspend and follow up with close quarters attacks. Namely using a glaive such as Winterbite {{exotic-weapon:winterbite}}.
