What are some notable weapons and combos that are interesting this season?

Two new pulse rifles are making waves

The new Trials of Osiris Pulse, the Martlet {{weapon:877384}}
The new Equilibrium Dungeon Pulse, High Tyrant {{weapon:2873508409}}

Both of these pulses are incredibly stable, hit way past their rate of fire archetype band, and for some reason, both void which can help you lean into some void synergies. Void as an elemental subclass is still pretty meta across all classes Titan, Warlock and Hunter.

New Heat weapons can shift the TTK

Modified B-7 Pistol {{weapon:3146657388}} can 3 critical (headshot) an opponent in 0.67 seconds with an overclocked magazine and a Weapon stat (look at your armor stats) of around 178.

M-17 "Fast Talker" {{weapon:1419158093}} is probably the best PvP SMG this season

Uncivil Discourse {{weapon:3146657389}} is a special ammo Hand cannon that can quickly kill an opponent at very far ranges. It is a great complement to short or mid range weapons.

The 120 Handcannon making waves

Mos Athanor IV {{weapon:4118334987}} is the new crucible 120 handcannon that is the first tiered 120 handcannon that has the perk Adagio and Slideways combination.

The perk Adagio on a 120 handcannon allows the player to 2 tap an opponent after a kill without reloading the gun. With this being a 120 hand cannon, the ranges are pretty far reaching and combining this with slideways, you compensate for the gun's slower reload, and weaker stability.

New SMG's are here

The Peculiar Charm {{weapon:3620277039}}is a new archetype for SMG's called aggressive burst which acts as a hybrid of an SMG and pulse rifle. It fills a unique range for an SMG but isn't particularly meta

The Immortal {{weapon:2872063099}} is back in Tiered form. Just a better version of the immortal and has the new Trials origin trait (Fleet Footed) which improves airborne effectiveness and movement.

-The Corundum Hammer {{weapon:2263462407}} 140 hand cannon is probably the best 140 HC in terms of stats and perks. There are combinations of perks that can effectively give you max range, max stability, and max aim assist when perks are all active. This along with the trials origin trait makes this hand cannon an incredible pick.

A unique sidearm

The Compact Defender {{weapon:2659286158}} is the only heat side arm that can also run with an overclocked magazine. An incredible sidearm for sidearm enjoyers.

A niche sword

The new light saber like sword the Praxic Blade {{exotic-weapon:praxic-blade}} is not necessarily easy to get special ammo at first in PvP but if you pick up a special brick, using Defensive Form and hyperblade catalyst, you can seemingly generate ammo. Pair this up with a Banner of War Strand Titan, and Strongholds {{exotic-armor:stronghold}}, you have a fun, not meta, sword build for PvP

Aggressive Strand Glaive Warlocks

The new exotic deimosuffusion {{exotic-armor:deimosuffusion}} allows warlocks to suspend via their rift which can now use while mobile this season. What you need in this build:

Strand warlock with weavewalk
Exotic deimosuffusion {{exotic-armor:deimosuffusion}}
Heavy Glaive Winterbite {{exotic-weapon:winterbite}}

Enter weave walk and approach opponent
Drop a rift and suspend
Beat the opponent with Winterbite

The use of a heavy glaive allows the player's loadout to open up with other primary and special weapons without using one of those slots with a glaive.
