Service overview
Crucible Recon is an independent Destiny 2 PvP analytics service. It is not affiliated with Bungie.
Account and usage
- You are responsible for your account activity.
- Do not abuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Features may change over time.
Subscription and billing terms
When purchasing Pro:
- pricing is shown before checkout
- billing frequency is shown before checkout
- auto-renewal status is shown before checkout
- checkout requires explicit consent to billing terms
If auto-renew is enabled, the subscription renews automatically at the current plan price and cadence unless canceled.
Cancellation
- Cancellation is available online through the billing portal.
- If you subscribed online, you can cancel online.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Access remains active until the paid period ends.
Refund policy
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly approved by support.
Free trials
Unless explicitly stated on the checkout page, no free trial is offered.
Availability and disclaimers
- Service availability is provided on an as-is basis.
- Uptime is not guaranteed.
- Features and data may be delayed due to external API or infrastructure issues.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Crucible Recon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the operator's jurisdiction unless local consumer laws require otherwise.
